People who are actively researching Android devices read AndroidBeep. Not casually browsing. Not killing time. Researching which phone to buy, which headphones are worth the price, whether the Galaxy S series or Pixel makes more sense for their situation, and which accessories are actually good and which are cheap rebrands in expensive packaging.
That distinction matters if you’re trying to reach them. A reader comparing the Galaxy A56 against the Pixel 9a is a few days away from a purchase decision. A reader looking up our Galaxy Watch review is probably going to buy a Galaxy Watch or decide against it by the end of the week. The audience here is not passive. It converts.
This page explains what we offer, what we don’t offer, and how to get in touch.
Who reads AndroidBeep
The AndroidBeep audience skews toward people who have already decided they want an Android device and are in the process of figuring out which one. They read reviews to make decisions, not to confirm choices they’ve already made. That means they respond to honest information presented clearly, not to puff pieces or manufactured enthusiasm.
The breakdown of what they’re reading when they land here: device reviews, buying guides, how-to articles, and news coverage of Android software updates. The buying guides and reviews draw the most time on page and the most return visits. A reader will often come back three or four times while working through a purchase decision, checking the specs, re-reading the camera section, and looking at the comparison against a competing device.
In terms of products, the content covers the full Android ecosystem: Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets, Google Pixel phones, Android wearables, wireless earbuds, Android-compatible accessories, and Android software updates. Readers who find AndroidBeep are generally not first-time smartphone buyers. They know what a chipset is, they understand what OLED means, and they want a camera comparison that goes beyond “the colors look vivid.”
What we offer
Display advertising
Standard display placements across the site. The placements that perform best on AndroidBeep are in-content units within article body text and the top-of-page banner on review and buying guide pages because that’s where readers are spending the most time and attention. Sidebar units are available, but we’ll be honest with you: on a site where most traffic reads long-form content on mobile, sidebar placements are not the strongest option.
Rates are based on CPM and negotiated directly. We don’t run a programmatic-only setup where your ad appears next to whatever automated system decides. If you want to know exactly where your ads will appear, we can tell you where they will appear.
Newsletter sponsorships
AndroidBeep publishes a weekly newsletter covering the week’s most significant Android news, notable software updates, and whatever we reviewed or published that week. Newsletter subscribers are a more engaged segment than general site traffic; they signed up deliberately, they open it because they want to, and they’re not accidentally encountering your ad while searching for something else.
Newsletter sponsorship is a single placement per edition, which means your message is the only sponsored content in that send. We don’t stack three sponsors into one newsletter. One slot, one brand, one week.
Sponsored content
Clearly labelled as sponsored. Every sponsored article carries a disclosure at the top, “This article is sponsored by [Company],” and that label stays on the article permanently. We do not remove or soften disclosure labels after a campaign ends. We do not publish sponsored content that looks like an editorial article.
What sponsored content can do is allow you the space to make a detailed case for a product to an audience that is already paying attention to the category. A long-form sponsored piece on why your Android accessory is built differently, with real specifications and real explanations, will do more work with this audience than a banner ad. The audience here reads carefully. If you have something genuinely worth explaining, sponsored content allows you the room to explain it.
We write sponsored content alongside your team, or we can give you the space to write it, and we’ll edit it for clarity and accuracy. Either way, the disclosure is non-negotiable, and the factual claims have to hold up. If we can’t verify a claim, it doesn’t go in.
Product review consideration
If you want AndroidBeep to cover a product, send it. We cannot guarantee a review, we cannot guarantee a positive review, and we cannot take payment in exchange for coverage. What we can do is give your product a fair evaluation using the same methodology we apply to everything else.
If you send a review unit and we decide not to cover it because it’s not the right fit for the audience or we don’t have the editorial bandwidth, we’ll tell you. We won’t keep a device for three months and give you silence.
Review coverage and advertising are entirely separate. A company can advertise on AndroidBeep while receiving a negative review, and it does. A company with no advertising relationship can receive a strong positive review. The advertising team does not know what the editorial team is writing and vice versa.
What we don’t offer
Paid reviews or paid inclusions in buying guides
A review is an editorial product. A buying guide recommendation is an editorial judgment. Neither is for sale. If a manufacturer wants their phone to appear in our best Android phones under $400 guide, the phone needs to earn its place there based on how it performs against competing devices at that price point. There is no amount of advertising spend that changes this reality.
We say this not to be difficult but because it’s the only reason the buying guides are worth anything. An audience that knows companies buy recommendations stops trusting them. A site that sells buying guide placements is not a buying guide; it’s a catalog with editorial decoration. We have no interest in running that kind of site, and frankly, it’s not worth much to advertisers either once readers figure out what’s happening.
Affiliate link insertions in exchange for editorial coverage
We use affiliate links on AndroidBeep. When an article includes them, it says so at the top. We do not add affiliate links to articles retroactively in exchange for a relationship with a retailer or brand, and affiliate link revenue does not influence editorial decisions. The links follow the recommendations; the recommendations don’t follow the links.
Undisclosed partnerships
If AndroidBeep has a commercial relationship with a company, readers will know about it. That applies to sponsored content, advertising, and any other arrangement. We don’t do shadow endorsements.
What good advertising looks like here
The campaigns that work on AndroidBeep are the ones that treat the audience as the intelligent, research-oriented people they are. An ad that says “the best Android phone is here” to readers who just finished reading a 2,000-word review of three competing phones is going to get ignored. An ad that explains a specific feature clearly or offers something directly relevant to what the reader is currently researching will do better.
If you’re launching an Android accessory and you want to reach people actively comparing options in that category, this blog is the right place. If you’re running a broad awareness campaign for a product unrelated to Android and you’re hoping some of the traffic here will happen to be interested, this venue is probably not the most efficient place to spend that money. We’d rather tell you that upfront than take your budget and deliver results that don’t justify it.
The manufacturers, accessory brands, and retailers that advertise here tend to have specific Android-focused products to put in front of an Android-specific audience. That’s the scenario where we can deliver something worth paying for.
Rates and booking
Rates vary depending on placement, volume, and duration. We don’t publish a rate card because placements are negotiated directly and rates change with availability.
To get current availability and rates, email advertise@androidbeep.com with a brief description of what you’re promoting, the timeframe you’re considering, and which placements interest you. We’ll respond within two business days with availability and pricing.
For sponsored content inquiries specifically, include a description of the product and the angle you want to take. That allows us enough to tell you quickly whether it’s a fit before either side invests more time in the conversation.
One last thing
The reason AndroidBeep’s audience is worth reaching is that they trust what they read here. That trust exists because the editorial and advertising sides of the site operate separately and stay separate. Every advertiser who works with us is supporting that arrangement, and we take that seriously. We want campaigns that work, which means we need readers who believe what they’re reading, and that only works if the wall between editorial and commercial stays solid.
